The AAU jump rope program offers opportunities to participate in all levels of skill and competition. Competitions are held throughout the country to qualify athletes for the AAU Junior Olympic Games. Workshops and friendly competitions are also held to provide an introduction to beginning jumpers and further opportunities to those who are more seasoned.
